V and the people of NC are far from "cyborgs and robots". I think you've misunderstood the game completely. They have implants yes, but they do not need to plug themselves into outlets to stay alive. That would be silly.

The only cyborg in the game is Mr. Smasher himself.

Merril was in DAO. Aveline was not.
Before you go " I said DAO settings " that doesn't make any sense, since merril was actually IN the game. IF by settings you mean " location " then yes, she is from lothering.

Oh right I completely forgot Merril was in DAO too.

Damn, there is even less DA2 companions that I remember :D

It's quite impressive that just three weeks after release, some of you are already talking about the game being abandoned. The developers announced that an update is "planned" and "expected" that week. If it comes later, there will certainly be reasons for it. Many of you are acting as if the developers are doing this on purpose, just to annoy you.

It's a small performance patch apparently it's not like we get content or anything lol, which make it even more pathetic

I'm curious now what could be the reasons for not giving us quick hotfixes after this disaster launch ? except garbage crossplay I can't think of any

Very shortly into the game you will obtain the 3 fishing accessories that make the mini-game much easier (it wasn't hard to begin with). You also can improve your fishing ability with better rods and/or the fishing armor set that you get from doing the fisherman's dailies.

Once you have this setup the fishing is indeed entirely trivial but that's not the issue. The issue is that the minigame itself just makes no sense at all. You wave your hook near a fish for a while and it is caught? WTF is that about? It's honestly like it's not even half finished. This iteration would make more sense if it was a net or something and you hauled it in.
But yeah once you combine the 3 trinkets into one thing and have a good fishing rod - I never even knew about a set of clothing - it's really easy. Just gotta be the strangest 'fishing' experience in gaming history. Oh and use the potion for quick biting. Don't even start your fishing career without the trinkets and rod.

Will be flying perfectly straight and swap to gunner view and my plane will nosedive and spin in circles without me telling it to do anything.
