Seeing as Noop mentioned Warframe, Destiny, and Borderlands, I'd say that RHL as a little bit of all three. It also features a comprehensive endgame system with multiple activities. The loot itself isn't mind-blowing, but there are some fun weapons both in effect and design.

The standout feature for me is the ability to transfer upgrades between weapons and gear of the same tier. Fully upgraded a weapon and ended up finding something else that better suits your build? Just transfer the upgrades. No need to slowly work up the ladder yet again with that new weapon. The only problem with this is that you can't transfer upgrades between tiers and if you want to upgrade the tier for any equipment, you have to remove its upgrades by transferring them to something else, which I find unnecessary as upgrading tiers should just remove all upgrades or, at the very least, grant half your upgrades or maybe three levels at least.

Also, if you like Warframe and Destiny but aren't a fan of the hour-long crafting and microtransactions, RHL has none of that. On top of it all, RHL has a somewhat unique setting with a lot of personality.
