its not just the officials server that have these issues.
but yes spraying is absolutely begging to get killed, hitboxes are always desync as soon as some1 starts to adad and the running and gunning is ridicilous even on long range you get insta double dinked by any gun :D
cs2 is a huge downgrade imo

i just learned by playing, failed miserably, then asked questions here on the forum until I understood the game^^
and when I got my brother into the game I was able to teach him through the Co-op mode

but pre-4.0 tutorials should mostly still work, just not for city-building
unemployment is good now, civilians are generated by unemployment, civilians generate amenities, civilians are lost to employment as new buildings are build and jobs open up
and the housing district no longer just generates housing it generates whatever the sub-districts are specialized to do, so if you want an industrial planet you set the sub-districts of the blue district to be industy and then every time you build a blue district you get industry jobs
thats also why the industry district no longer exists, because the housing district is effectively your industry district now (if specialized to be so)

No, I think you know that siege quest is point base quest. You can do your best and not kill Safi but you get reward (weapon) in the end anyway.
But talisman is just pure rng and need to complete the quest first.

If you ask me which system I prefer, siege quest ofc. But talisman quest not tied to it.
And talisman need upgrade system. Not just melding.

By your logic then you can also just sit inside the camp and let your team kills the 9* monster and still get the rewards.

I don't know if this is an NA issue but in EU I haven't come across a single hacker, everytime I died it seemed fine, even if I died very fast. People can hit headshots without cheats you know?

I'm convinced that anyone in EU servers complaining about hackers is indeed..

having a skill issue.

87 hours and maybe one or two suspicious players but can't confirm if they was cheating or not, I also feel like most people screaming "cheaters" are having skill issues or mad cause secure boot so they cry and rage.

Yup exactly, the only thing I ran into that was sus is players being insanely jittery like they are shaking their camera around, but I'm pretty sure that's just a bug
