This is a misconception. For example, why do world champions in shooting not join the army or peacekeepers? Because the reality is completely different. They wouldn't have any chance in a real situation.

It means the army isn't getting enough of it's required supplies. Supply status can either be 3 stars (good), 2 stars (substandard) or 1 star (poor).

there have been reports about aiming is to slow, just like about everything is too slow for some people - BUT... this is not an solo rambo action game. aiming takes some time, often to long for CQC with a bolt rifle.
i dont think this is why people play like COD. that is entirely their understanding of how to play ANY game that has guns! they dont know better!

spawning is a major point of the pace in this game. it is a player skill to place those and has to be learned by mistakes. but nothing of that is in any way "immersive", its a game feature!!

spawn killing is a (enemy) player weakness, and you should NOT spawn there if you know its been "farmed" - thats where the actualy immersive "communication" part comes to be important!
so, there is another reason for the "can i play without mic" crowd - NO, you can play with madness, but not without mic! XD

also, how do you want to get around the enemy if there are no garrisons behind the "line"? want a whole squad to sneak through the ditches and hedgerows? and that without beeing noticed? how is that going to turn out if only one gets shot? crawl 10 minutes again and the rest waits for you? did you even think about this point?
