I've not bothered with PVP shooters since Bad Company 2, Black Ops 2 respectfully. The closest was Exoprimal to something recent. To finally wanna play something finally only to be greeted with the prospect of playing tonsil hockey with my machine where 100 things can go wrong and have it be a heavily expensive mistake for 1 game is boneheaded.

So not having hard proof makes what I say an anecdote? Right back at ya. Especially when you keep using true anecdotes such as "DRM-Free games sold well" or mentioning Denuvo Adoption Rates as if they have any merit on whether Denuvo is effective or not.

And I haven't seen anyone here claiming that Denuvo is "necessary", so you haven't undermined anything.

The vast majority of paying customers aren't bothered by Denuvo at all so no, the message doesn't land "hard" on them.
I like that when you're mentioning paying customers it's about the entire user base, but when you're mentioning pirates it's just a few.... I'm sorry but you got it backwards. Denuvo significantly reduces the amount of people who pirate the game with a tradeoff of inconveniencing a small % of paying customers.

You’re the one who said “some pirates most likely buy when blocked,” and you framed it as if it were a guaranteed outcome, that’s still an assumption, and without proof, yes, it’s anecdote.

Pointing out DRM-free success stories or adoption trends isn’t the same thing, those are observable market outcomes, not speculation about invisible pirates’ behavior, and since you’re the one who introduced the whole “black and white” angle earlier, don’t act like I’m the one oversimplifying, I was responding to your terms.

As for “nobody says Denuvo is necessary,” fair enough, but plenty of defenses of it, yours included, rest on the idea that publishers wouldn’t use it if it didn’t help them, that’s still a sales-benefit claim, just indirect, in this very discussion, there are at least three people, you included, who’ve leaned on the “it boosts sales” angle, even if none of you say it outright.

And “the vast majority aren’t bothered” is a bad assumption, you’re speaking for people you’ve never talked to, many of whom probably don’t even know Denuvo is there because its name and workings are deliberately hidden from customers, if they aren’t informed, their silence isn’t agreement. And the ones who are informed? They’re the ones you keep brushing off.

At this point, we’ve gone in circles, I’ve addressed every angle you’ve brought up, and your core assumptions are still just that: assumptions. If you’ve got hard evidence, bring it, if not, there’s nothing left to add.

This and similar rhetoric has never been an argument. This is just you assuming people are inherently unreasonable and basing an ""argument"" off of thinking that is already true rather than that being the conclusion after you take a look at an opposing stance.

That's not why leavers leave games. Not even close. You just don't like the possibility of them having actual reasons to do so.

I'm personally fine with losing. I do let most matches actually end even when I'm not confident my team has a chance, as long as they actually play the game and SOMEWHAT try. It's kind of impossible to main tanks without accepting that you WILL have bad games and just have to deal with it, and may often just not get kills even in a winning game.

A 5 DPS team where I'm solo tanking and we have no way to heal besides healthpacks is not trying. They're just wasting my time while ""trying"" (and failing) to farm kills like it's a solo third-person shooter deathmatch game. I have no issue with leaving a game like that to their own devices and just taking a penalty, be it 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or 8 hours. It makes no difference, as at that point I would rather be doing LITERALLY anything else with my time than stay in that match that offers me absolutely none of what I play Marvel Rivals for.

Only issue i have is I went to get a collectible from a building and the ground was missing. Other than that it's been fine

Ganz Tod ist das Spiel noch nicht, ich hoffe auch auf mehr Fahrzeuge oder besser wäre sogar, dass das Spiel für Modding Content geöffnet wird, dann könnten noch mehr Fahrzeuge erstellt werden aus unterschiedlichsten Epochen der Geschichte.
