Deserved. Obtaining '1 hour ban' requires you to have dced/quit multiple times within a short time window, before this ban timer was applied.

I'll have to check it out, since I can like bad things. But to me I wish it would actually seem like they had any tact with handling societal issues instead of tracing from what has already been done before and calling it art.

The show really isn't what OP is pretending it is. The only political topic that's being explored is AI and what it means to be human. It's classic sci-fi, not modern social commentary (other than in the fact that the cast is diverse).

So far, I think it's a solid 7.5/10, maybe more depending on which route they take. If you can stomach the sight of women and non-white people, you're good.

i will wait until the entire season has finished. from what i have heard it was written as a single season story regardless if more seasons will follow, which is always a good thing. i admit i think the majority of the alien franchise in general is pretty pish. alien and aliens are very good, i liked alien isolation, the old AVP games were cool. and i have read two novels in the setting that i liked. i think the series has way more bad than good, or at least more mediocre than good.

predator on the other hand is killing it. "prey" (2022) was incredible, and so was the recent animated "predator: killer of killers" (2025). killer of killers is one of my favourite films of the year so far. the ending was a bit rushed but it leaves off on a massive cliffhanger, so i assume more will follow. the upcoming "predator badlands" also looks awesome and unique. teenage predator and his legless synth waifu go on silly misadventures.

Oh and the light always has the same pattern : Blue-Short wait-Blue-Short Wait-Blue-Long wait
