I am sure that the inverse will also prove to be interesting. I, for one, never promised that I will never buy another BGS title at any time yet I have yet to buy any BGS published game since Fallout 4. I just have not felt the drive to do so just yet.

You came to a naval game set during the WW2 Pacific theater of operations and you expect to have battleship artillery duels without air operations absolutely dominating the strategic landscape?

Brother, i think you are playing the wrong game. Maybe a game set in WW1 would be more what you seem to be looking for.

I'm guessing we're only getting around 10% of the story right now because there's very little and it repeats the same thing over and over.

I also hope there is more content comming. Also, in addition to what is already planned for the game, I would totally support further content as paid DLC, like expansions, with more maps, encounters, enemies...

You don't cut off a marathon runner's legs and tell him it's more challenging this way. Make enemies harder to beat, don't cripple the player.

Although I don't like some of the trials and think their point value should be different or they should work in a different way, I don't think trials making enemies tougher would be good.
The whole game is designed with a fine balance between enemies toughness and player's damage. Trials giving enemies more life/defense or more damage would be horrible IMO.
I like the idea of trials making things harder without buffing enemies with more life/defense and damage. It's a much more interesting and clever way of increasing difficulty than simply go with the lazy way of buffing enemies stats.

Totally agree, some relics are so bad there is no point in ever having them, but a relic that no one would ever have a reason to select means it shouldn't even be in the game.

I'm not asking for much here, just please change the bronze recipe to use 1 copper instead of 2. Tin is abundant, and fairly balanced since you cant just set up a tin mine. Copper takes a long time to mine (since there is a lot of terrain to clear), doesnt drop a lot of ore per node, and still has to be brought back to be refined.

I dont want to skip full bronze armor, it looks cool, but since everything seems to require bronze between the first boss and the second, its just agony. This time I skipped bronze armor, and getting enough bronze for 3 people to have decent axes and upgrading the base was still agonizingly slow. I spent more time mining copper than fighting the first boss, getting to the second by boat, and beating the second.

So I'm begging you: please change the bronze recipe.
I really want to love Valheim, but there is so much grinding. I have a 2 week period and then I need to put it away for months. Grinding isnt fun.

So historically, the ratio of Copper to Tin mix is 88.5% and 12.5% respectively.
In the ancient world, Tin was/is actually very rare, and the mine's location was a guarded secret.
If Valheim were going for accuracy, it would be FOUR bars of Copper for every one bar of Tin.
If you are struggling with the amount, go into the world Modifiers and increase the drop rate. This is something you have complete control over.

I assume you are either a kid or intellectually poor because you are not getting the point after tons of replies. I have a message inside the game that says ''VAC: Problematic'' and nothing related to cheating which suggest, essentially, that I was not banned for cheating but for toxicity, WHICH means that you can get VAC'd from toxicity, in case you still didn't get it. I can even provide a screenshot of the message if at least it prevents you from replying nonsense.

You clinging to semantics doesn't change facts. VAC bans are for cheating period. No amount of mental gymnastics will change that. Just like no amount of arguing on a user forum will lift your ban.

When we have to believe either Valve's word on how VAC works or yours, don't be surprised no one will believe you. I think developers of the anticheat know better how it works, than random user, who took 10 years to realize he is VAC banned.
