It does not. You can find all the criteria online - one google search away. Its very transparent.

一些建议：
国民政府：首先是在开局基本没有什么时间发展就要开战了，而且历史上各国对于国民政府的援助没有在游戏中体现，还有德械师是不是没有在游戏中添加？
国策建议外蒙古那边要做好一点，应该是有两个分支，一个是收回外蒙古，一个是与苏联签订协议，承认外蒙古独立换取苏联不参与中国内战
中共：
历史上是1945年才发生内战，可是游戏中只要日本一投降就会立马开启内战，这个不太合理，其他原本做的就挺好的，再优化一下就很好了，还有就是内战胜利之后，首都还是延安，没有看到迁都北京的决议？还有对于台湾的一些战争也可以做在国策里面，包括国民政府内战失败后的逃亡国策也可以做一下。
还有就是什么时候优化一下你的AI算法！！！

HOW TO STOP ARK FROM UPDATING
sorry if this feels like spamming to people who have already seen it, tryna get this out for people who need it. i made a post on how to stop ark from updating so maybe the mods will still work:
how to stop ark from updating: back up your saves first
1. go to ark in the library tab press the X by ark to stop it from auto updating
2. hit the little manage icon beside the play time and achievements
3. go to "properties" then "updates"
4. find and remember the "app id"
5. head back to the library and hit the icon again but this time hit "manage" instead of properties.
6. go to browse local files
7. then go to the steam apps folder
8. find the matching number
9. right click on it and go to properties
10. change it to "read only"

this should stop ark from updating on your pc, it stopped it on mine so try it out if you dont want aquatica to update your pc, i'm not 100% sure if it will stop aquatica from ruining mods, but at least it stops it from updating, which may stop it from ruining the mods. do this before ark updates. you have to run it from shootergame.exe

some people say you have to run steam in offline mode too i'm not sure tho
another person on this thread said to back up your saves first because some un-modded worlds have been ruined

Check HQ - make sure not in the safe zone only save - and you might find a log file somewhere. :)
Also speak with the bartender in the Club, She might have some interesting to say. ( She has a "Rumors" option now )
