Tips for not getting scammed? Also you can send me offers.

First: NEVER assume you're immune to being scammed. That is the easiest way to get scammed. You need to constantly be wondering "am I falling for a scam right now?"

Second: If someone asks you to deposit items to site, 9 times out of 10 it's a scam. No, you can not price items or confirm them or whatever by depositing them to the Mannco site.

Third: Be extremely careful of links, I tend to avoid clicking links even from people I regularly trade with. If you can, navigate the page they're claiming to be linking you to yourself.

Fourth: Never log into your steam account outside of Steam's official website. If you sign into the official Steam website you don't need to type your password or use any QR codes on a site that could potentially be malicious. If it wants you to type your password or scan the QR while you're already signed into Steam on your browser, it's a scam and they're trying to steal your log in info.

Fifth: Watch out for fake websites. Some websites look identical to legit trading sites, but don't be fooled. Check the URL, is everything spelled correctly? Have you ever used this site before? If either of these questions are answered no, you might be getting scammed.

Sixth: Check that the items you're being offered are the items you want. Sometimes people will try to send you something like a Festivized item claiming it's a Festive item. Sometimes they claim an uncraftable item is craftable (which is more expensive.) Basically always be sure that everything matches up. This is a very easy one to fall for if you're not alert.

Seventh: You should almost NEVER do trust trades. Trust trades are when one person gives their items to someone and receives nothing with the expectation that they will receive something later. This is normal for something like cash trades, but if someone wants you to send your items to them under the promise they'll pay for them with keys or items later, that is 99% of the time a scam. Even if they give some logic on why you should trust them, that's just another reason to block them and move on.

Eighth: Private Inventories are almost always scammers, don't accept their friend request. Save yourself some time, and potentially your entire inventory.

There is plenty more, some far more dangerous than others, but these are the common ones I would expect to be most relevant to you.
