I like it, but it doesn't feel like I'm playing Battlefield. Feels like some generic shooter like CoD, slide around, hold down LMB.

Ok... you need to give specifics and not just repeat the point. I talked about for example the kasuri gama and how it's wide attacking spam hitting wouldn't work in the original game. Like the other guy pointed out it would be severely op and pigeonhole you into a specific weapon.

I'm actively asking your input, not just "you're wrong because I said you are." To put this in perspective

I still agree with the points he made he completely pointed out a flaw and defending then and they made sense. You're opinion isn't the problem but I'd like something out of it besides it based on saying things. A tangible discussion

It might be just a "me" problem, but I think I might have found a particularly problematic blocker at the construction site, near the sponge snail.

I figured out the puzzle at the construction site, managed to get the battery in the slot via the duct + magnet, but this puzzle solution seemingly gives nothing to me.

My impression is that I should be getting on the top of the building now, where I can see an active cable, but that seems impossible. I literally spent hours trying to look everywhere, because I thought maybe I'm missing some ability... And now I'm completely OP, can take out enemies instantly, yet made absolutely no progress.

Also, my impression is that this problem is blocking me from pretty much everything else: the lettuce, the snail, the fire,the paper wall, etc.

I'm curious if others also found themselves blocked here. 🤔 Also, from what I observed it's a problem in general that we never know what ability we are missing, and whether we are missing something... In Supraland you could usually see the upgrades at the shop, and make inferences based on that.

there is another way to get there involving the pick and the caardboard wall you can climb it if you use the floor trim an pick to climb up the wall then jump from the power bar ontop of the wall to the yellow platform its also how you can aquire the sponge suit aswell for yourself or just skip the puzzle entirely jump into the arena deal with the boss throw the key through a slip in the wall respawn to the opposite side and bobs your uncle

I believe that at least stone resources should be re-balanced to increase the amount collected from each source.

Was out collecting stone, and found a "house-sized" pile that displayed the prompt for stone. I harvested it, & received two stone. Whereas the regular boulders output from two to four for each.

I believe that stones should be increased by at least half, to make it more realistic.

Also curious do the resources such as stones & trees re-spawn over time?

Trees do, We're still balancing Stone and its respawn values. Will be in next update

The Settings seem to indicate that the game supports use of a gamepad, but I haven't been able to get mine to work. Any help?
