I think of bosses in this game like playing an song, with the weapon choice being the instrument. Really pinning down what part of the 'song' you are having issues with is the key. There may be certain attack patterns that you are over reacting to (or under reacting to). I recommend youtube vids where people are playing at level or 10 levels below as you will learn the most efficient ways to dodge boss attacks.

Rather than increasing the attack speed in which bullets are fired in one burst, it should shorten the time between each fire interval.

While playing casual on Train, a CT doing the Zyzz pose appeared out of nowhere in A Site. This was within the first few rounds, while there were still bots in the game, so I don't know if that was related. It caught me off guard, and when I shot the CT, it disappeared.
