I just grinded till rank 3 in coastal usa and got the pt-314 to get the 10 kills with torpedo. After 3 hours i only got 1. The moment a enemy comes out i get destroyed. I cant last 30 seconds. I tried to sneak up on enemy by hiding behind islands but i just cant get in range to get them. Any tips

Hm, I am a bit mixed.
Don't they say "I couldn't kill ...". Which would be true, since they don't have the ability to kill. I would probably prefer if they claimed to have killed the target. But that might be too powerfull.
Alternatively: Make it not a speech bubble but a system information "ability used on #4" or something.

I don't think it is a huge issue though, just gotta get used to it (and it is described correctly in the character info).

Is UEFI on WIndows OS Only? My secure boot was on but that setting was other OS and had to switch it to WIndows only OS
