Actually, there isn't any longer, no. Or rather the precedent has now been set that that is no longer relevant.
You don't even necessarily have to be allowed to READ the Terms of Service before you <s>sign</s> "acknowledge" them for the Terms to be considered a valid contract under modern FAA interpretation.
Not to mention that a number of Terms of Services now have clauses that allow the changes to be applied retroactively even if you stopped using the product before the change was actually made.

And yes, these have held up in courts in the last few years.

I think the idea is more so to make cities that get released as Free Cities's that you can then border and use the benefits of Shade Network. But you can always just settle in an area that's likely to get neighbored by another empire as well.

I would love to play this game. It looks great. I hope to play this on my steam deck and wish you an succesfull launch, love.

i complete it in 3 hours without paperwork, it is certainly not the hardest, that would go to penumbra; In terms of stacking, maybe.

here's a tip: don't use the teleporters. They're bad. Use bins, they're way better solo. You can fit hundreds of crystals into one bin when you are wasting time waiting for the damn teleporter to work.
