The only thing you can do is try to email their support: support@arena.net. Send your Steam ID as well as your account ID (the name you log in with/show up as in the corner, not your character's name) and the error you received. Apparently changing your timezone, trying different browsers, disabling your VPN, or retrying again later has worked for other people, but I haven't been able to get mine to work yet and I doubt it's a problem on Steam's since they've been having other server issues. Hopefully it gets fixed but I would still open a ticket with them.
