On occasion you can pick up a trading mission that pays out 50M, but not as often. Running a load of steel in the PC2 can get you 50M per run, and about 30M in the older ships.

I'm running the new Panther clipper MK2 which has 1040 cargo space, I also engineered the ftl range the best I can.

The fact that this game has WOTL content at all disproves the claim that it's entirely based on the original version.

No it doesn't, but you don't have a valid reason that it shouldn't be there. Your main argument of PS1 faithfulness is debunked when they use the WOTL script.

Very cool to see an update. Sometimes I forget that this is a solo dev game. Thank you very much for the work you're putting in.

Doubt there will be anymore DLC for the game, they have staretd work on the next Cyberpunk game.
