Yes I did spend those into the new perk system (even tho half of it is in japanese)
So this isn't related to that

btw, if they did have 10 classes, there wouldn't really be any balance in pvp,
but pve would get the full fan service.

I started this save up last month. I think I started it on the 20th which would have put it after patch 42.9 was released. The issue then happened this month on the 17th after patch 42.11 was applied.
