Tomatoes grow best a temperature of 3/5, where corn grows best at 4 or higher. I don't think I'd do tomatoes in the desert due to the high water usage.

Maybe? I think some content within games is definitely free speech, but the game as a whole is more of product than free speech. I'm sure some legal person knows exactly where the line is, but I think it's murky.

For most computer games, I think they might count instead as "Commercial Speech" especially with regards to games that feature DLC and microtransactions, since it would be easy to argue that the game is an advertisement to sell things.

Looked up one such called moneygram, but they have very similar terms and conditions as visa or mastercard - they can refused service whenever, and specifically will do so if they "think" you are being unlawful even if you aren't.

Paris for me. Even in early game highly efficient, and once fully upgraded, enemies don't even make it on screen.

That's not really countering as much as it is equivocation. I think that rhetoric such as yours skirts around the underlying issue of Cubic's underwhelming balancing performance.
