Yeah, the crystal biome was pretty small. Not as small as one of those treasure rooms, but definitely not as big as the full mushroom biome in the third floor.

In addition: I'd also like grass to occasionally drop grass seeds or something which, when planted, would grow grass back to an area. That or allow grass to spread; if that feature is already in the game, I've never seen it work. All those bare patches remain bare.

I'm just not a fan of the random bare dirt patches. Another fix would be to have the surface stones keep their biome underneath them when harvested (whether it's grass or sand). The pebbles allow it already. It sucks to take a big stone off the beach or grass to find that it left just ugly bare dirt underneath. The same goes for berry bushes when harvested to be replanted elsewhere, and when removing pineapple; they leave bare ground underneath.

I also agree with OP that some items need to be redone in terms of how much harvesting is necessary. It's tedious that Topaz takes 40 hits to mine, even with the endgame pickaxe. Ice walls of both types (stone-looking and ice-looking) also take forever. Jungle plants (not trees but the large plants) and stalagmites don't ever get any easier to harvest, either; same as basic mushrooms.

To my knowledge they are all the same. But there are modifiers that make enemies stagger resistant, which make them very difficult to push.

Don't quite remember it off the top of my head what the modifier is called tho. But you'll notice them at their glowing aura.

But i feel like you would have known if the poxbomb was somehow glowing bright green or something.

Same. Downloaded the game a few days ago. Played half of the first season, but didn't get a single achievement, not even for winning the first race. Sad, if the achievement system isn't fixed, I'll delete it

To add onto this, the game makes it clear you are doing a horrible action, and this will be reflected in all kinds of ways.

The game portrays victimhood and the different psychological reactions to intense truama well.

But another aspect of the game is discovered is the unintended consequences of trying to impose your morals on a situation. Like killing a guy who was the strongest town guard and his lackies because he was exploiting women, lead to the town getting overrun by monsters because they didn't have enough people to keep the monsters at bay.

The game isnt afraid to punish you for being bad, but it will also remind you that the setting of the game is a dying world, where trusting someone is essential but it could also be the thing that puts a rope around your neck.

Characters will act betrayed if you go against them, and this will cause other NPCs to be on their guard around you. Equally, trusting someone blindly in the game can cause you or someone else to get hurt or worse.

To sum it, good decisions can have unexpected consequences, where as bad decision leads to even worse consequences, never does it celebrate them.
