I had this issue as well.

I turned things down to High and switched from TSR to TAA, but I get pop in when it doesn't even make sense, like here:

And contrary to the previous reply you can see there is no bottlenecking going on there.

I haven't reached another cutscene since the crater yet, but given the pop-in shown in the video I won't be surprised if it's still there.

They've been producing lots of content to feed that lately.
Spaniards have had a historical grudge with french (kind of works both ways) running for ages... and that trope is never used when stereotype banter happen. Its use is basically restricted to the US.

Valid point. the US is overexposed. Grudges are old, but America’s media makes theirs viral. It’s not new history, just better PR. but I’d argue that European grudge stories are just quieter. Could be interesting to explore why some narratives go global while others don’t.
