It does still allow. The whole lore is based on Futs characters. You have to select show genitals. And you can also go to settings (not customization) and select Futa or Girl Mode.

You haven't played the game like I have.

To play right now you have to watch 30 minutes of the game on twitch and have your EA and steam account linked. Put in the key then you can play. Otherwise just wait until tomorrow.
