Honestly? I just got lucky. How I said, the Shield doesn't seem to indicate whether it's activated or not when the opponent uses the skill.

My strategy was based on observing the skills he used. I realized that if he used the skill that grants a shield when he switches, I could take down the first Singaloud with no fear and in this way, I was sure the second one would be protected with the shield.

Then I just had to use the insta-kill on Raven until she took him out. Since the insta-kill damage doesn't seem to affect the shield, I managed to get the win. It was all just a lucky guess.

Definitely miss him, my mom introduced me to him as I was growing up, then I heard about his death. Imagine how sad I felt when I discovered Soundgarden and Audioslave and Chris and Chester were best friends...

This is actually why we try to enable users with sandbox options. For instance I've seen a lot of complaints in this thread and the other similar thread about the muscle strain system. This system can be turned off quite easily if it's not to your liking. We understand that different people like different things, and any time we make a change it's going to upset someone. We at least try to minimise that by enabling the player with choice where possible.

I appreciate the response but unfortunately the things I see as important to me are the map changes to POI's they are probably not revertible with settings.

i will say again that i do not have the same level of knowledge and I will have to spend some serious time in build 41 before i can give my own competent feedback about these new changes.

If the combat stuff can be reverted that is great to hear but I will need to invest more time in b41 before my feedback will be as meaningful as OP's. I trust what he knows and sees since I have gone through this myself with many games just not this one.

As far as I'm aware, only Raven clan can sick mercenaries on you, but I see other Clans do it constantly. I also see them recoup several units of military loss instantly like they don't have to wait for new Villagers to arrive. Am I nuts?

yes, there was a app or two that did have that feature. They were really fun, they werent really intended for any ammount of serious discussion

Can you clear it up in english. "hit" means punch, "errent" isnt a word, "ammount" isn't a word and misspelling.

I prefer the idea of Activision abandoning the idea of making a CTR NF 2, because that would mean doing the same thing as the current one: straightforward microtransactions and the forced purchase of characters and kart elements, and since they're crazy, the purchase of a racing circuit to be able to use it in single-player mode...
As for me, starting Sunday (end of Gamescom), I'm putting my PS4 away and giving up campaigning for the PC release of my favorite game.
I'll stick with the PS1 version.
I don't want to hear anything about Activision anymore.

Both teams went Triple Support by the end, the Luna you're complaining about did start as Captain America, hence the low healing numbers.

The enemy team had 4 Dive characters while also being Triple support. (Jeff can Dive and Support) Your teams' answer to dive was the Captain switching to Luna and the previous Luna switching to C&D and the SG switching to Mr.Fantastic.

The Bucky on your team was hot trash, did only 50% of the dmg of MR.FANTASTIC, he was throwing his Hook at enemy Emma Walls lol.

The Mr.Fantastic was the real MVP of your team, out damaged you, everyone else on your team and out blocked everyone too. (A pretty big feat for a character who is basically a Vanguard)

If you want some tips on Blade, first off Ignore getting MVP on Blade, it's easy AF to get MVP on Blade currently, the algorithm favors him.

His Shotgun is his highest DPS, your positioning should be similar to a Bucky player. Stay with your team, stay constantly poking and headshotting with the Shotgun (optimal range is like 10 feet, basically as soon as the projectile shatters into pellets mid-air), save melee for finishing enemies off or when things just get too hectic, but otherwise maintain your distance and rely on your shotgun, it's his highest DPS attack available. (Can 3 shot a luna to the head for example) I noticed you missed a lot of shots, so definitely practice more with the Shotgun.

Far as dealing with Dive Heavy enemy team comps, Namor, Ultron, Hulk, Storm, Thing even Magneto + Peni are all pretty great at Anti-Dive. Notice how literally none of those characters were on your team? lol

THIS! Im gonna be honest dude I haven't had time to get out of plat yet this season, Hopefully this weekend. but that ♥♥♥♥ looked like a low gold game. Everyone seemed a bit lost then at 2:40 you go in and try to 1 v 6 on a flank on Blade. Not the play.
