several different situations:
scenario 1:
just playing, suddenly 1 desync then everything looked normal untill people got quests already with chosen option that they cannot choose, system stated has been already chosen by uknown player, sometimes you get 3-5 same quests or at leasts part of the quests are repeated mutliple times, some progression bars gets frozen, for example rift researched went to 100% and then 0 months to finalize for 100 years,
scenario 2:
we played 2 people then at some point friend joins and take over AI nation, after some time constant desync, even when that player left
