Hey there, fellow adeventurers!
Been enjoying my second playthrough lately, but have noticed a bug that keeps it hard to read tooltips or to stay in the shop-interface for long.
My PC (Which is a big new rig from December last year: 4080 Super and all the bells and whistles), starts revving up the fans very fast, when I hover over the items in the store or in the shared inventory Tab. And it suddenly takes 3-4 seconds for a tooltip to show, when I hover over it. If I keep it hovered over it, it keeps on the high revs, when I move the cursor to a neutral spot, it stops. Almost feels like there are no FPS-limit on the tooltips or if it struggles to render all the items tooltips or something.

Anyone else had these issues or know whats going with that? Thx!

How did you solve this? I'm still locked out of the plot missions because of it, was keen to see the ending

Any weapon with the "wounding" prefix, preferably automatic, will last you the entire game.

My fav is using explosive rounds, coming from Legendary Modification and placing it on Machineguns Rebirth making it an awesome engine of distruction at range. If in CQC, I then whip out Moon Blossom (katana).

But I have played a Vengeance Paladin all the way to the end and killed what I felt was evil chars and never broke the Oath. The only way now I would play another Oath is because I "want" to be play as a Oathbreaker.

I actually consider it a good choice for a Dark Urge play run.

While playing paladin is another expirience of this game, I find exact this game not really suitable.

You play it "right" way perhabs only first time. This game got most hilarious betrays and plot twist that player can make.

You can give up astarion to hunters
You can kill Astarion and Liazel several times
You can give up Shadowheart at the very end
You can hard earn Minthara's heart and betray her at the very end as Dark Urge
You can sell nightsong
and many many more

Yes, playing baddie is still not too fun in here, but game actually dont judge you for that.
Its so cool when you actually feel a shame for your decisions but some characters in party still react "oh well, I never liked that guy anyway". Brilliant.

Meh. I don't look at that way. it's fine how it is set up. Some want to play a certain Oath I guess and if they do, they need to learn what would break their Oath and not do those things. It's not complicated.

Also, I have never and won't do the things you mentioned about the companions. So not a issue for me.

No one else annoyed by that?

I dont know how many hours i've spent on mobile, but i can say a lot. Been playing since early 2023 up to late 2024 and i liked the difficulty + pandemonium system, straighforward and simple. It's really sad to see how devs butchered this thing and turned it into an anguish f*ckery. On top of that, HUGE portion of items were redone completely. Now all i have to do is to read about an item and see "15% chance electrocharged this and that, also doubles if you have certain X thing". At least 50% of the items are useless as they're turned into some hardcore elemental combos you have to take into consideration, that's not the game i played before. And UI was partly butchered as well, some elements are counter-intuitive to find now or navigate. I still remember how good it was unlocking a fragments for a selected characters in order to unlock them by completing some daily tasks. Now it's f*cking chests... I don't know who is in charge of all these changes, but i hate that guy(s)
