then they have terrible frame rate and automatically blame it on game optimization rather that tuning down certain performance killer settings like Global illumination , shadows and ray tracing.

a 2000 dollar gpu and a 600 dollar cpu should have no problems playing native 4k games at 60 fps. Do not excuse poor optimization especially when UE5 historically runs like ♥♥♥♥.

Edit; Judging by your post. Sounds like you don't have the upgrade that gives 500kg 2 strikes before rearming. Eagle 500kg wouldn't be top dog without that module doubling its power.

The eagle upgrades are so strong. Like they genuinely make eagle stratagems so frequent that i find one of my strat slots is often reserved for "eagle". Be that strafing run, airstrike, etc. Pick one, and only one, and it will do its job well.
Like 50% less cooldown, 20% down on reearm, 1 more use per rearm, all insane.
Meanwhile orbitals get like... reduced damage fall off, 1 extra salvo (which just makes it last longer), 10% cd reduction.
