I rolled back to 52.02 for now, much less frequent and don't care much about the dyes. This bug has been around for 6-7 years now, but something in .03 made it much more frequent. If you go into properties on steam and select "Beta"'s, you can roll back to previous versions.

The fix is to stop cheating.

That's a server side mitigation because they have detected that you are an absolute turd.

ill still never buy fallout first again, no incentive besides locking increased personal storage, and storage for ammo, junk, and now meds, all the other rewards are purely cosmetic or private worlds and are useless, wish they benefited those that actually play the game rather than hiding things behind a subscription, its scummy, but ill still play the game so long as there are fun events and new things to do, but yet again this season offers nothing like that...
