Amazing stats and strong skills can compensate for poor strategy, but good strategy can't compensate for garbage stats and zero skills, especially if your Stamina is too low and you have no blue recovery skills.

Here's the problem on top of everything: with her career, RNG ♥♥♥♥♥ me every time. Rainbows appear on unneeded stats (yes, I do set support up so they should show up on x, y, or z) or at the worst time possible, events drop a stat by 5 and lower mood, or even drop it to awful. Failing on 15% or lower rates. It's all her career. Taiki Shuttle, Agnes Tachyon, Silence Suzuka, Haru Urara. Hell, I even managed to get almost an A with Winning Ticket and Symboli Rudolf before Kitasan Black supporter was available to borrow for me.

I'd post my stats but they always end up different so I'll give you the basic end result in stat order: A, C+ (nearly B), C+, D, D+

You either have not understood the reason behind this being a shadier business practice or are unwilling to understand it.

Regardless the reason this is much shadier than seen in standard practices is because this is an attempt at gaining a monopoly over who can and cannot be allowed to sign on with the studios that have agreed to this specific union since one among their demands is literally that studios and companies that sign on with voice actors who are members of this union are disallowed from signing on with other voice actors who are not associated with this very same union at all.

This means quite literally in practice that once they have a voice actor coming from this one union, they are disallowed from hiring any other voice actors that aren't a member of their union and cannot go with people that have been referred by others in the studio or have been sending in auditions from agencies that don't have an association with them.

You mentioned sarcastically that it must be a horror for people that are working to have some power in their field instead of the corporations that usually are the ones lording over them.

But what you fail to understand is this union with these demands are effectively blacklisting countless other voice actors from working with studios who have already been contracted by the union and barring them from getting work and forcing them to either become a member or continue on getting barred entry into their own field of work by attempting to remain independent or associated with an agency.

That literally takes away even more power from the people inside the voice industry and from the corporations both and puts it into the hands of this specific union that wants to have a complete monopoly over contracts and puts things in a state even worse than before.

There is also the fact that being associated with this union should the strike end with their demands being met will result in their voice actors having their credit stripped from them during the production of any given media item they're involved with.

So instead of it being written down as "Character X - Actor Y" it would be written as "Character X - Union Y."

This effectively wipes away the potential mark and career history they could easily make for themselves due to their credit being stripped away and replaced with the name of this specific union.

Setting that aside did you not even read the part in which the voice actors who are involved with this movement and have been giving out these demands are responsible for engaging in mass harassment against independent voice actors who have been offering themselves for roles these striking actors have leaving unfilled?

I don't see what moral standing they have over others and how they have convinced you they are at all an acceptable group in the face of these practices.

Unless I'm misremembering, I think the union is SAGAFTRA or something similar to that.

See, now... this is how the overwhelming majority of steam discussions and arguments should go. Too many people are too hung up on their pride to admit when they're made a mistake and apologise. They just double down and run the thread into the ground. Or on the other side, get angry and sling insults instead of taking the time to explain and properly defend their point.

Yeah, the floor 100 achievements are super-new as well - used to be 60 max, so might be a bit overtuned at first, or feel that way at least.

i mean i dont even have a slight clue on how to hit it XD on some it feels incredibly hard to even get there and on some characters im lowkey confident its impossible to hit XD

You took a percentage of one thing (BT3's content) and mistook it for a percentage of another thing (Total content), since the later thing is partly made up of the former thing. Both times the final number was referring to BT3's content, whether its in original form or pushed into Sparking Zero. The 25% in your original message was NOT for total content, although that seems to be what you think it was.

I didnt mistake anything, you just simply mis-read it. The comment in it's original form still stands with zero mistakes in it. I shouldn't have to go and dumb it down so that others can understand it properly.

Me using percentages, not once but twice is the implication that it wasn't a flat increase. If i say "im going to add 50% of veggies to your plate since you only have about 13% of your food left, which idiot would begin with flat increases? lol
