Some helpful hints from players in this forum to help get better performance:

If you've previously used the TAA graphics mod, delete all files from it.
Make sure the game and Steam are not running in compatibility mode.
If running windows 7, use OpenGL mode as DX no longer works. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Steam or Microsoft, you need to upgrade to Win 10 or 11.

*Make sure your Windows swap file is set to 'system managed*IMPORTANT

However, instead of making a custom size you have to activate "System managed size". That is all you need to change. Confirm that change and restart your PC.

Beware of mods, do not have mods running when setting up your PC for best GFX or performance.

The mirrors you see from the cabin each render the outside view they show individually, just like the main view through the windshield. Setting the render distance and quality too high will impact the frame rate considerably, especially if you have the maximum number of mirrors on your truck, which could be up to 9, including the virtual mirrors. That would mean your GPU rendering the whole exterior view 10 times per frame, which is a big ask, even for an RTX 2060.

Your system is using OneDrive and that can cause huge problems with profiles and other data loading, as can be seen in the log,
OneDrive is not compatible with ETS2 or ATS if it is used as the "home" directory location:

Is your computer using OneDrive for the default Windows "documents" folder, even if you did not ask it to? Microsoft will force Windows to use it without your explicit permission and without specifically telling you it has enabled it.
Windows will try to use OneDrive as the default documents location and ATS/ETS2 will not run correctly if it does so. OneDrive is a Microsoft Cloud storage system, and not a reliable place to store all the game's profile, configuration and save data, with problems of access, and timings when the game loads all that data.
Never allow Windows to use OneDrive for the default documents folder location.

The "home" directory for the game should be the documents folder on your C: drive.
Transfer all the files and folders stored on OneDrive to the normal Windows "documents" folder under your username before closing or deleting OneDrive.

Start a new, unmodded, vanilla profile with a name like "test profile" (you can have as many as you want without affecting your normal profile) and test the game.

Mods can severely impact frame rate and cause problems, you need to test them AFTER getting the GFX settings right.

Do not have any programs running in the background, especially Discord, browsers, Internet chat or messaging.

Reduce any scaling back to 100%
Don't overclock your GPU, even if it is factory overclocked.
You may need more than 20GB free on the system drive for swap files
If you are on NVIDIA and have previously used the Profile Inspector for better anti-aliasing, all SCS profiles MUST be restored to driver default, for game version 1.50.
If you use DSR, deactivate it.
Clean all system fans, make sure all grilles are free from dust and the cooling works properly for the system, the PSU, the GPU and CPU.

Always make sure your graphics drivers and Windows are both fully up to date.

Actually it might be disabled but you can still call out players as for a normal activity and change to conquest after. Unfortunally It too so long to find 2 so I ended up doing alone.

If they stick to the schedule they laid out for EA, which would have the game releasing in roughly a year and a half, probably not. I don't have high confidence that the game will look much different than it does today in a year and a half, and I would not pay a sub for what's available today. I paid the box price and I had some fun with the game so I don't regret my purchase. But the fun dried up pretty quick, and I wouldn't be interested in spending any more on it unless the game expanded significantly in a way that I found to be fun for more than just the first 15 levels.

For me i use the Pinky finger and below it is the "palmar digital" part of the hand i use to press crtl

you have to subscribe to all the mods that you need then go into hla enable all the ringht addons then start new game addon maps and fight the one it tells you to click hope it helps!

Devs are clowns who released a broken game. They are not even able to fix the mess they created.

MW2 Mulitplayer is only 45gb after the split. Was about 66gb before with HQ.

Ok changed them back. Thank you! I didn't have any experience with the game when I was going through the settings, so didn't realize what I was doing until it happened.
