I'm going to counter this by saying that I think the Mesa is MUCH EASIER than Alpine. Now, part of this is probably that I never actually saw a tornado on my run, but you completely left out something very important about Mesa. Mesa doesn't have fog, you can spend as long as you want climbing the Mesa without having to worry about beating the clock.

The only proof that I have is that I've beaten the Mesa multiple times, but I've never beaten Alpine. Also, I only play on normal difficulty, and I never experienced any freezing during the night on Mesa.

You have a healing item that you can upgrade the number of uses for, you don't get health back for killing enemies

I believe exocraft platforms were originally intended to be placed outside, so it's probably not an oversight. Still, a large door would be really nice for things like factories and warehouses where large doors make sense.

Why? Large building have the weather come through anyway, so why not just park outside.

tbh I'd rather they just separated PC fully and used Steams server instead.
