So i reached the mesa for the first time, managed to get all across to where i should be climbing up, i see some luggage and im low on food so i go to get it, i get close, it disappeared, but i can see it far away.

The Amount of times I triggered a Brainburst on Poxbursters immediately next to someone or near myself, because they had 1 Stack of Soulblaze, is staggering. Happens basically every game, and most of the times I didnt set them ablaze on purpose, instead if spread onto them by its own.
But yeah, dont shoot it on instinct, but try to shove; If someone moves close to shove, also dont shoot it; If you see your teammate shooting it, then dont move in to shove it... obviously.
Lightning Staff works great at staggering it; but Smite immediately triggers the explosion once you stop stunning them with it; so you can just Tap them for 1s and then stop, and they will always immediately stagger backwards and explode.

(let me start off by saying this isn't rage bait or medal farming i want zero medals from this plz)

we get it you love Tyler and all that but lets be honest any other game devs or team would be getting ♥♥♥♥ on for being this late not once but twice. i don't understand the staunch meat riding he messed up let him be accountable and make up for it all the "take your time Tyler" comments wont help. he needs criticism or hes just gonna push out slop because half the community is scared to give real feedback. lets be real and be disappointed like we all are and give the dude honesty that's what makes a good game not cradling the dude like a baby when hes a grown ass adult and a millionaire ATP.

but a locally produced alternative to that product becomes more viable for you to buy because the tariff has upped the price of the imported alternative product.

China has very low labor costs in comparison to the US and Europe, thus they can mark down their prices, the reasoning behind a tarrif is to markup that price so that local produce has a chace to compete.

Japanese artists and game makers can even make really sick genres like torture, cutting off limbs, etc.

Japan has been pretty strict at times. Resident Evil 4's decapitations were censored there, and GVA5 and Metal Gear Peace Walker got (pretty clumsily) censored.

And famously Celes being punched in Final Fantasy 6 was censored.

also note if you come in through the door in the main hallway the backdraft from breaking the door will kill him I think if you come up from the bathhouse area then across the ajoing walkway it should be ok

You can rescue him by going through that main door. It isn't the back draft that kills him, it's the floor suddenly catching fire that does. Before I found the other door, because he broke it, I saved him by breaking the main hallway door, turn based mode and dashing to him.
