On steam db they been updating reanimal so does that's mean there might be a demo ?

I see four being a good number for a team for this.

I think it was the omagatoki effect. I didn't know what that was before, but it makes sense now.

This bug still exists. When do you think the Devs are going to patch it?

I am actually really happy to hear that this game is not dead yet. I was experiencing some optimisation problems with bigger malls in the past so this update got me thinking about trying this chill game out again.

Huh so the game mode's name is not false advertising.
You are "Racing" to get the weapon/gear drops aka "Arms".

Fighting is secondary and waste of percious time.

If you have specific, friendship-move heavy builds in mind and pursue them, over the course of that (definitely long) grind you end up acquiring and using a pretty wide variety of beasties, who are now there if you need more friendship training or a backup team.

I think it was a good design decision to make. There is always the fear that people playing without a level cap on will just overlevel a single team, crush the main story, and experience relatively little of Beastieball actually has to offer. While you haven't removed the option for people to do this, you've now incentivized people to try another way.

I think ways to tune the randomness of it would be nice though. Imagine you just won a fight with 2 beasties, one of whom is supposed to teach the other Juggle. Now imagine instead of the game selecting for you, you're given a list of applicable moves to choose from. That way you still have the reason to use a variety of beasties but the frustrating part of the grind is reduced considerably.

I like the system but do agree that it needs tuning, takes too long and can be really frustrating.. I burnt out on my current save cause I had some very friendship-move heavy builds in mind and I just got tired of rolling the dice on friendship procs and never getting the right move.

Just want to say the 1st part was a lot of fun I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very well made for a single dev working on it. I look forward to seeing how the story plays out and the terror the jumpscares will inflict on my future self. It was one of my favorite things I have played on stream thus far.

It's a shame the Steam Surveys still haven't added monitors' refresh rate. But it is my feeling that most people by 2025 have monitors with refresh rate higher than 60. I mean, even back in 2019 or something I overclocked my 60hz monitor to 72hz to see what was the fuss all about and I was flabbergasted. Next week I bought a 144hz monitor. Today I own a 360hz monitor. I skipped 240hz.

Went from 60hz to 144hz and the difference is huge, now i game on a 1440p 170hz monitor. High frames are great makes the game so much smoother. I find 60fps still playable (unless its a fps shooter which case i need higher) but still its disappointing that they have capped it especially in this age of gaming.

I mean, I can still play MGS3 at 60 FPS on PS3 and MGS4 at 30 FPS. It's fine. It's something of that era on that platform. But having a locked 60 FPS in an UE5 triple A game in 2025 on my 14700K 5.6Ghz + 4090 is just absurd.
