I've just been eating veggie soup the entire game because it balances my food/thirst quite reliably. I honestly can't be bothered with all the other bs. Eating, sleeping and pooping are just a mild annoyance i have to deal with on occasion. Nothing more.

I can adjust damage, but not speed.
Also when shooting aloud big crowds of zombies clip into each other and can enter small doorways all at once.
This game nees some crowd internal interaction, also some randomisation to make zombies act slightly different and with slightly different speed
