Yes, that Evolution effectively halves your empire's culture output. It's basically saying "The gloves are off, screw culture, from here on it's all-out war!"

The strategy here is you can pick it then go warmonger on all your neighbors, severely crippling them over time because that morale penalty for them really adds up. It's the ultimate Conquest Victory enabling evolution.

My opinion is they should keep it the way it is, lmao better work on the overall balance here and there. Dont give us dumb choices trying with all their best to make a soulslike out of this game

I`ve been playing the game without issues since I got it. I suspect 3 things that is typical for the pc to make crashes like this.

First thing to do is trying do disable Core Isolation. This one has been crashing my games left and right for years. I dont think I have had a crash since I turned it off.

Core Isolation: This might be the number 1 issue in AAA games for it crash. I used to have crashes all the time. In the Core Isolation tab, turn off all the 3 options in there and reboot. Why you often see Windows 11 crash and not Windows 10.

Its also alergic to anti cheat, AAA titles it seems.


If that dont help, try turning off Oc profile on RAM.

XMP/EXPO profile on your ram. Try turning that off, due some games melt and crash with to high clock on the ram. Its on its limit and a small hickup can crash the game. This was a few cases on games that is under high stress of AAA games.

Last one, that I dont think is a problem, but can be a problem is DLSS.

I have seen DLSS crash systems many times. Im running it now, due im running the game in 4k.. I should have been plagued with crashes my self then. But im not. But I still want you guys to check that out as well.

Then try caping fps to a point where your gpu and cpu is not at max load all the time. Typical 1080p issue, where it just overload on to much rendering.
