I had this happen yesterday playing on the Steam Deck. Was spam clicking the bottom row and my character jumped to the top row. Only happened once so far, so maybe I was pushing inputs too fast

Yeah, something seems to be going on--I was also stuck on 130, and ultimately rescanning Mushussu in Spring in the Sky (which I definitely had scanned) triggered the achievement for me.

I'm right here wtih you. I even installed a mod to track how much distance I've climbed to make sure I went far enough (yes, you can still get achievements with mods in this game). At this point, I've gone 60+ meters with no achievement unlock.

As far as I can tell it's just bugged for some people.

I explored every single corner on the WHOLE WORLD MAP!(including the hidden boss) and still cant complete the mission "Mapping Chaos"(its a bug i guess)... i got the freezing augment from lvl 2 with Bee Gun and over 100% crit chance from the beginning, killed 50k mobs for the whole run and still didn`t complete the mission "CRITICOOL" (its a bug i guess)....

not complaning, just confised, went though all the steps, went int BIOS like 6 times to duble checked,
BIOS mode IS UEFI
Secure Boot mode is ON
TPS is active or whatever
launch game, the start window pops up then nothing and game closes itself
