Because you have to convert your drive over to UFEI which, while easy, is also messing with things like command prompts.

I have a better question: Why does it work on zombies? I mean it works properly on infected people, bringing them back to life before they turn into zombies. So why zombies resurrect as zombies instead of living people if the requirements are that you should be both infected and dead and resurrection cancels the latter?
