I know its already a fix to reinstall steam but i had the same issue rather than copying everything i just closed steam and opened it from the repo icon on the desktop and it just worked.

Thanks for sharing the feedback! If its regarding fortress we are improving it (not in the build) and units should heal by turns (like all players) instead of instant heal

my expectation would be that units i killed stay dead, as they would with an opponent army. instead, at the end of the battle the fortress had 1 remaining unit at ~10% health then immediately got their full army back at high health.

there may be balance concerns, but it definitely caused me to feel frustration and reload an autosave.

Afraid to Brick your PC or already made BIOS change and now have black screen?

1. Check if there's an onboard video on your MB.
- Many mother boards have onboard Video that can get defaulted ON when you enable Secure boot. (ask me how I know)
A. If so, plug your monitor into the built in HDMI. Then go into BIOS and enable your primary PCI card.
B. If that doesn't work, go to Step 2

2. Turn off PC & remove your PCI video card; Plug back in and reboot
Go to Step 1.A; then re-install video card.

3. If still not working - install old PCI card w/ HDMI vs Display port & try that.

The secret is you need Hall effect thumbsticks and mechanical buttons. These are more accurate than standard xbox controller and they don't get stick drift.

Razer Wolverine v3 TE for Xbox/PC. (wired version you will require usb c cable, sold separately). Make sure you have 1440p or beter.
Adjusting Settings will also yeild improvement.

I would recommend release order but if you really want to put Reach first you can. Just be warned that it is a prequel to the original like Rouge One was a prequel to A New Hope in that it follows a part of the opening crawl and a completely different cast of characters. Then jumping to Halo CE can be jarring as you go from the Covenant at their most refined to the covenant at their least refined.

ODST takes place concurrently with the back half of Halo 2 but it is a side story and probably best left till after you complete Halo 3
