Y'all seem to be forgetting that voice chat is literally an integral part of the game, not being able to hear people cast their spells is a serious handicap.

No thank you, hard pass. Considering your vaunted anti cheat probably won't stop most sophisticated cheaters anyway, requiring gamers to edit their BIOS is a hard pass.

What is really insane is the lack of knowledge you posses about the system you are using likely daily.

Editing to enable the secure boot is a really simple task.

Furthermore windows 11 is beginning to require it I believe not to mention anyone who knows anything about what it is actually meant for knows its a good thing. This is not going away nor should it.

Either update your system which I understand may suck and its also not a cheap thing to do. I feel it.

But its the reality.

OR if you have windows 11, enable it and learn a bit about your system. Its imperative you are education about the things you are using around you in your daily life. Happy to help if you so need it as well. Just reach out.

Secure boot is designed to help prevent malware and other nasty viruses from really messing things up, and believe me they will if you catch them, likely costing you more than just the simple system your on now.
