I'm not sure what you mean by "any forced compatibility tool works".
We just tested and the game starts just fine on a vanilla Steamdeck OLED.

When I click "Play" on Steam and the EA app, a small loading window (BF6 splash screen) appears briefly. Then it vanishes without an error, and the game silently crashes with No Crash Logs and Error Codes.

- TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot Enabled (Windows 11 Pro)
- BIOS Reset Factory Keys
- Tried running Steam and BF6 as Administrator
- Reinstalled EA Javelin anti-cheat
- Disabled Overlays & Background Apps (MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner)
- Verified Game Files
- Disabled Antivirus
- Changed Program Settings inside Windows Security Exploit Protection
- Valorant and FIFA 23 plays fine

Specs: Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 3060Ti, 32GB RAM, Game installed on F: Drive (NVMe SSD).

I am incredibly frustrated. I was so excited but I guess the BF6 journey has ended for me.

Its weird, I had something similar, tried again and it worked.

There is no reason for a developer to allow hackers to damage a game unless the game maker is threatened by hackers.

Mine seems to do it after I enter the buy objects menu for a few seconds. Its fine during actual gameplay though. It never did this until recently. Not sure if its a mod causing it or something else?
