Hey all, following a tip I found on another thread, I've done some testing and found that the cause of the problem is Frame Generation. Any FG setting (On/Auto, 2x, 3x...) triggers this problem consistently. In my experience, I can have every other setting on without any problems, but as soon as I turn on FG the problem occurs.

If you have this on, try turning it off and seeing if you ever experience the problem again. If you can't get into the game to turn it off, delete the file named GameUserSettings.ini in "C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Local\M1\Saved\Config\Windows" and then start the game again.

I get around 240-280 fps on every single map on CS2 but in premier and normal comp it's a 50/50 chance each round that the FPS will drop to unplayably low numbers, it still reads 240+ ingame but it feels like it's running at 10-20 fps during the round, but the instant the round ends it goes back to normal and feels smooth until the next round starts. Hey, look at your CPU usage, I might be the only one with this problem, but I've got it twice in the game, and it's all about the CPU, causing terrible lags.

They'll tell you straight up. In my game (at least currently) It's 2 days of each.

Calling out what's happened to the game doesn't turn players away. The game itself does.

Nobody said you need to be negative 24/7, but at least call a spade a spade. This content sucks and the fact that the vast majority are saying the same things about the same content is proof in itself that maybe the content isn't great. If Bungie don't want people to say negative things then maybe they should consider publishing something at least average without the basics being broken.

You NEED to recognize the truth (my opinion). My opinion is HOW IT IS, and it being a widely repeated take means it is OBJECTIVELY CORRECT.

Everybody saying the same thing is a massive psy-op just to wind you up and troll bungie. It has absolutely nothing to do with the state of the game.

i had this issue and i fixed it..
1. press ctrl+shift+win+B
2. then open device manager > Display adapters> Disable integrated intel graphics
( no need to restart pc)
now u can playe without problem

Already tried this with my friends, it does not work, the problem is within steam also, because we tried playing using Garena Launcher and it doesnt crash

and this is a discussion of a possible love line between Susie and Noelle...

Perhaps you've forgotten that the prophecy has some bad things in it and some people suspect that there will be a serious conflict between these two in the future, especially if the player did the weird route.

On weird route, Noelle is being guided to become the ultimate villain via chapter 2, meanwhile Susie is being guided to become the ultimate hero via chapter 4. The highly explosive conflict that may result in is pretty clear to see for anyone who is paying attention.

A victim that goes on to kill an innocent third-party is still a victim of whatever happened to them, but within the context of the murder that they commit (or other comparable curb-stomp) they are NOT a victim, they are the perpetrator.

Their prior victimhood may be worth garnering them some sympathy and leniency but that's hardly fair to the "victim's" victims that the "victim" went on to perpetrate harms against.

...and IF you're calling her a victim on NOT the weird route, then you're the type of person I was criticizing who falsely calls people victims who simply refuse to say "no", which in reality is because of their spineless personalities.

i have no idea how you think the story is stuck at all, when it has been clearly progressing the entire time, YOU just specifically do not like the dynamic between you the player, and kris the cage.

which again: doesn't mean the story is bad (review scores show overwhelming majority of people enjoy it), it just means YOU dislike it, simple as that.

Fine. I don't like it. This is not what was promised, it's not in any of the marketing, and it's not what I wanted from the game. I think this plot point is making me crazy.

this has been the game from the start, seeing as this is included in the first 2 chapters that were provided free, so it is very much what was promised.

sorry its not what you wanted, but like i have said: there are tens of thousands of traditional stories out there if you want a simple adventure.

but for me, and a vast majority of players, we are enjoying the games story as it is, and cannot wait to see how it unfolds.
