Exploring mod added homes and locations, and adding some suitable mod-added followers equipped with relevant armors & weapons to them to live in them, so I can visit them and hang out with them and occasionally take them on my Skyrim adventures (especially when I am trying out some new quest mod) and then send them back to their custom home later after finishing the quest.

It makes Skyrim feel like a vibrant interesting place.

e.g., Tauriel the Wood Elf[www.nexusmods.com], wearing Sona Armor[www.patreon.com] and Druid Armor[www.nexusmods.com] wielding Tauriel's Bow and Arrows[www.nexusmods.com] and Tauriel's Daggers[www.nexusmods.com]. She's happily living at the Falkreath Treehouse Alchemist Edition[www.nexusmods.com] with her cute fairy companion Sparky[www.nexusmods.com] and her little Mushroom followers[www.nexusmods.com].

Really, a mod for first person?
I didn't ask for first person, but having controls for that sort of game might make the game play-able,
I want it to have the same controls as any number of other games, like a first person or third person game, like GTA there's a game I have, called Maniac, it has an option, it asks if you want easy directional controls or GTA controls. The GTA control option is actually the easier controls to have, I tried the, supposed 'easy directional' controls and they were like this games controls, screwed, you cant have the directional controls constantly changing like they have in this game.
Another thing, when you have a driving or riding game like this, without any control over the camera or reason to use the mouse with the keys, you should move the directional controls over to the arrow keys or to the number pad, for the right hand, and then the left hand is freed for other game functions like peddling the bike or changing gears or whatever, the lack of game experience that young tech developer people have is frustrating for me, with the ability to memorise and use computer code, but lacking ideas and reasoning to apply these skills in game development.
I wish I could be someone who tests games and someone that they would actually listen to and take advice from. So they could make the appropriate changes to the games they make, just so I can have something to play, unfortunately instead they take suggestions from testers or anyone, people who they shouldn't listened to, It has been incredibly annoying to enjoy a game only to have it wrecked by the worst suggestions that could be made, recently I have had a game called Parking Garage Rally Circuit wrecked by a change made to the steering sensitivity, it made people who use the keyboard unable to compete in the driving times, I suspect the top times holders saw my ghost car achieving higher speeds than what they could get and all decided to make a change to the steering sensitivity settings, it was called a bug, now I can't get around the track like those people who use an infernal controller from the X-box, bloody controllers have wrecked the first person shooters too, the auto aim added for using the pathetic controller.

if you are not so broke, but what you actually want is to have the "console-like experience" with steam, you could try using in a pc, laptop or tablet, something like bazzite os or nobara os htpc, which allows you to use "desktop mode" and "steam deck mode", with all the options to tweak the games; or try steam os after checking if you have compatible hardware.

wont be a "handheld" like the deck, but you will get something close. you could also try to find the original steam controller, to have a similar experience (imo the trackpads of the steam controller are more comfortable thanks to their size).
