This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.

And especially the Sahara at night one. F that event. It's the only star I can't manage to collect, even with the difficulty set to Very Easy. Am I the only one that despises the Smash Ups? They are the only bad thing about the game, imo, and they are pretty bad.

It doesn't matter if those lawmakers are currently outside of the state. If they don't return, then the next step is the state courts.

Why does the tutorial seem to be making play seem so complicated compared to the smoothness and, um, integration of actual combat? This game has some of the best keyboard+mouse (after multiple remaps) of any FPS I've played in a long time.

you don't NEED to have the warbonds to play the game, you aren't locked out of anything but the gear in them.

Increasing the difficulty shouldn't be required to play with more build content (more weapons, spells, and more passives for weapons). It should be about having a higher difficulty for people who want the game to get more challenging, and increasing your witchfire drops so grinding to higher levels is less painful if you are a better player.

Only gold and player level should be the gate for new build content (besides discovering the thing out in the world).

One could argue that just because you bought the game, doesn't mean you should be entitled to all the game has to offer if you can't meet the developers on the game on their terms, those terms being climbing up the difficulty. I remember when different bonus weapons, maybe skins, and other things were locked behind higher difficulties like the Hayabusa armor in Halo. You don't get things just because. Some times you have to earn them.

And, it's not like Gnosis is optional in the grand scheme of things. The difficulty levels aren't like those found in Halo, Doom, and other titles where they're optional. Like Diablo 3 (maybe the others too), difficulty is something you're meant to scale higher and higher. It's core to the experience. If you don't want to climb the difficulty, then that saying you fundamentally don't want to engage with a core aspect of this game.

That's not to say you're wrong for not liking it, only to paint a clearer picture for you that the standards of difficulty levels as they apply to other games don't apply here.

I have a genuine weird feeling whenever you use an massive booster, the game intentionally makes you play harder opponents. The meme is there but I genuinely do believe there's something actually going on behind the scenes when you start using boosters.

I popped a 300% booster and I ended up with steamroll from the enemy team, does anyone else think this way also?
