At first i was thinking that this game is carbon copy of Banished with better graphics, but they have added some new game mechanics too (combat, maintenance costs and some new product chains).

I have never played this game on the easy difficulty. I started on normal and as a Banished veteran I felt it was challenging but not too much.

Big tip is that Halberds stink, even with Guardian's unique moveset. Bad motion values, and generally poor ashes of war. The literal one saving grace is guardian has a running guard counter with them... and that's only good because of the running part. It's not even really more damage unless all of your hits connect.

Bird Man's stats are generally just a worse version of Wylder's. He's a quality build with lowered quality because of his higher vit, endurance, and faith. So If Wylder would use it, bird man can do something with it. Promise whatever it is will be more helpful than a Golden Halberd with 'Charge Forth!' on it.
If the game decides to be 'helpful' and gives you his ''preferred'' weapon type, then holding your shield up and poking is more damage than standard R1's.

No, it does a lot more than Q1 and Q2, since they touch up almost all heretic maps, rebalance both games, and i got very impressed with vistages of grandeur, they pretty much made a metroidvania with hexen

I am also missing the all endings achievement despite having all of the endings.

For Second Time's The Charm you need to turn Hugo in then keep interacting with the basement door after telling her to hear/see the results.

DIdn't work but I found out what was causing the issue. It's a bug with fullscreen, it works when im in windowed
