As the title says, when you have the Rage mod on the carver, if you just switch weapons while holding M1, your rage stacks do not decay.
From my testing only the speed increase applies, not the speed and damage increase you normally get with the carver.
The stacks decay the instant you switch back to the carver.

So instead, my hands are tiny and why did I get this in my website?

Basically title. I cannot change my FPS in CS2. My fps are set by default at 240, but I want to run the game at 140 fps. So i change the fps to the desired value, the screen goes black for a few second the game tells me that the changes have been applied, but that's not the case, because when I leave the settings menu and come back to it a a few seconds later, it shows me that I still have 240 fps.
I tried nvidia control panel, doesn't help, tried turning vsync on and off, still does nothing.
I'm basically stuck at 240 fps
