Before diving in, note: this is based on observation and experience, but it includes speculation. Not everything here is fact, and some points could turn out incorrect.

It’s entirely possible the OP is cheating himself or, more plausibly, plays regularly with cheaters in his lobby. Judging by his steam name and recent activity, there’s definitely something shady going on.

In the middle of CS2’s cheatpocalypse, someone really thought this post wouldn't cause a stir? Looks to me as something designed to provoke a reaction.

High Trust Factor means nothing if you know how to “boost” or “wash” it. There are quite a few ways for someone with lower trustfactor to manipulate things up deliberately to end up in the more trust worthy lobbies they shouldn’t be in, all while engaging in cheating, trolling, or other malicious behavior.

At the higher ranks, (excluding the 3rd party platforms, though not entirely) cheating isn't just common it's practically part of the meta. Once you’re in the 25k to 30k Elo range, it’s not a question of IF you’ll encounter cheaters, but how often. Lower-tier (low trustfactor) lobbies are flooded with blatant cheaters and smurfs using throwaway accounts.

In higher-tier matches, (the good trustfactor) things get somewhat subtler. You’ll face players with decent inventories (skins, service medals, pins etc) who use external cheats, DMA and such, though it doesnt exclude the internal software entirely.

The assumption that a "green" trustfactor equates to a secure matchmaking environment is demonstrably inaccurate. Plenty of expensive, old, seemingly legit accounts are used to cheat REGULARLY avoiding any bans or suspicion for quite a while. It’s not hard to do, and many even brag about it.
What is this DMA stuff you were talking about?
