Vessels are not supposed to spawn until you reach the correct mission step, so I must have messed something with the procedural algorithm. I'll see if I can find out what it was and fix it, this is a very serious issue.

Too bad the story was weird for you, as some steps were skipped :/

Question about certain skills with red lightning

An update: I was able to figure out that one of the skills I was thinking was triplet was just dodging then doing light attack followed by triangle + circle, but I still can't figure out how rush chain's follow up attack is being charged with red energy. Whenever I do it, it just has the normal follow-up, so I don't know if I'm just not understanding something or if it's timing related or if I'm missing an input.

But to see that in all the time that has past, there's not even an attempt to improve the gameplay loop, the lack of uniquely generated POIs, the neutered legendary system, or the ridiculous level scaling is just saddening. The thing is the game isn't bad at all. Certainly one of the best Bethesda games since Fallout NV. the gameplay loop ? What are you talking about ? What is the gameplay loop in a action-RPG game ? quests and exploration. Not focusing on side content that is mostly there for flavour and side-grind. The questlines available are amazing, well written, and completely ignored by trolls like you who focus on the pois on planets. There is no space game out there that even comes close to what you are asking. Not even No Man's Sky. As for the level scaling ? That's most certainly a skill issue mate...If you can't understand character build and proper gearing, that's on you....Specially for a game as simple as this one.....

The worst part is that you probably didn't even play Shattered spaces which actually addressed a lot of you r whining, such as most of the pois around the city are hand crafted and such...The story is amazingly well written.....But keep repeating the same old misrepresentation of the game like a good parrot.

I loved the first game and love the second, but I agree about Chapter 4 being the overall best moment if the game and series overall. So, while it wasn't bad, Chapter 5 was a little bit of a letdown, but I still consider this to have been one of the best games I've stumbled upon. The only thing that could cause me to be let down is if there isn't a third installment planned.

No, you are wrong. Spy is not playing his major role with the Dead Ringer in his hands. He is playing a pseudo-stealth gaslighting you into playing stealth to kill the victims your Spy is hunting for. Dead Ringer is not helping you to learn this aspect. It directly takes it away from you.

What is his major role according to you? For me it is picking off key targets. Key targets are not going to be isolated and alone, so everyone will notice when you stab eg the medic. Since spy is weak at combat his other option is getting away. DR is built for this, and it is good that spy has this option.

It seems for you it is about picking off the noob who is lost on the other side of the map from where his team is. What's the point of that?
