There is a button to disassemble everything on the corpse. It looks like a red recycling symbol. So loot what you need, then click the button to disassemble the rest.

While that is a nice button there are situations where you can't use that button such as in the case of corpse piles. Those situations are major time consumers for me. A re-sort and/or dismantle all button on piles would be great.
