says the 28th but doesnt say midnight and if you look at the countdown and do the math then youd realize its like 9am or 10am est for pc release. Are some of you new to gaming or just that helpless customer? genuinely curious.

Just saying I've mainly played console since d2 lod and og wow days but have built a pc 2 years ago. Even I know that most the times pc games don't release at midnight lol. Most pc games get released at like 1pm on top of that.

if you want to play games super early then get an xbox series x. most the time you can do the New Zealand trick and play 16 hours ahead of release if its not a global release.

Only problem is that EA seems to think that The Sims 4 needs an infinite number of expansion packs and kit packs for this game to be kept interesting, but they do not. A Steam game can still be popular even if it were to eventually stop making dlc permanently. If The Sims 4 did not have so much dlc then there would be no need for an option to disable packs in game. I am not certain that I like the direction EA is heading where they stop making gamepacks and stuff packs entirely and only make expansion packs and kit packs from now on, but some expansion packs might seem like they should have been a gamepack instead of an expansion pack.

The good thing abt the current model is you can ignore kit dlc completely and you wont be missing anything substantial

If you have a little time, it would be amazing if you could record what happens on your side when you click Play. On Windows, you can easily do this using the built-in recorder:

Press Win + Alt + R to start or stop recording (via the Xbox Game Bar).

Then share the video with me — it’ll help me understand what’s happening and fix the issue faster.

That packet loss is what is killing you, i am in NZ and have been playing with around 300 ping on all servers for years with little issue, this isnt some fast paced shooter favouring twitch-reflexes, but your control inputs getting lost in transit somewhere between you and the server will definitely hurt

SA Servers a screwed most of the time, with Naval it doesn't cause much of a problem some rubber banding etc but when I play Air realistic at 14 (now 14.3) there's nothing like hugging the ground dodging 15 incoming micas and making through the other side to have the hand of god flip your plane upside down and send it strait into the dirt with a 48g turn lol

you miss the point, i know how to handle them but it anoys AF when you hear the same speech about them again, how they are anew unknown species (yeah we only already blasted a tousand of them and tehy are new) and every trime are named the saem becasue some things she seen on mars....
