I just bought aliens vs predator and when it finished installing there is a pop up saying the error code 53 PLEASE HELP!

"The Steam servers are to busy to handle your request for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Error Code 53"

I have been having this error and I have tried everything possible but no luck. Only with

Wow STEAM SUCKS. I have to connect to a Steam server just to play an offline/solo games. Avoiding Steam whenever possible. It's lame.

When I try to open up Borederlands 2 it starts to 'complete installation' then when it reaches 100% it tells me that 'the steam servers are too busy to handle your request for Borederlands 2'
This is where im confused because my friend can play Borderlands 2 without any message like this coming up. ive tried the steam support website but can't find what im looking for.

If anyone knows whats wrong or can help, please reply.

Steam gives me error code 53 when it installs the game on first startup, looked up steam support with no luck

I get error 53 when I try to start BioShock Infinite on first launch (shows right after counter for completing installation have reached 100%). I don't have McAfee installed. I attempted to disable

Error code 53 makes reference to two programs neither of

Right click on "Quake II" in the Library, choose "Properties" , in the "General tab" click on the button "Set Launch Options...", and enter "+set game xatrix" (without the quotes), then start Quake II. To return to the original Quake II, just remove "+set game xatrix" from "Set Launch Options...".

when i start the game it "complets instalation" and when i reaches a random % it shows up and says that its an error 53.

"Steam Servers are top busy right now (Error Code 53)" I tried uninstalling steam as a whole, still nothing. Steam support is useless. I've always stood by Steam&Valve cause I think they are so great! But
I have been a long time steam user, and have recently been playing Company of Heroes 2 as well as Civ 5. Last night i tried to play both of these games and they came up with the same Error message
