In settings "my region only" for matchmaking solve the issue for me

It doesn't solve the input lag though.

Level based game would be great for unique level designs. The down side is play time could be limited to 5 - 10 hours unless there is a sandbox survival mode.

Strategy will have long play time as the goal is usually conquer the whole world map. But problem is the maps could be generated or have a few fixed patterns of layout. Makes it boring to play through normal maps and there won't be any memorable moment other than a few unique boss fight maps.


Personally I prefer the former one

I had similar issue with Upgrade Item. Nothing seems selectable.

I get to the point where I can press any key to start the game, then black screen for 15s and the game crashes.

I checked the game files, my GPU driver is the newest, and I tried with DX11.
What else can I try?

cpu: 5800X
gpu: 3070 TI
os: Win10

I've only been able to play two games from start to finish in the beta last week and this week. In other matches my weapons became invisible mid-game or right at the start of the game, and I had to exit the game by pressing alt f4.

and like an idiot I went to pre-order it, I don't think this bug will ever be fixed. Battlefields are one of the few games I really enjoy.

Something isn't right. I know it's 60hz tick rate server and my ping is good(50). Yet my weapons seem to need more bullets sometimes, other times it seems to work. I don't think this is a easy fix.
