Yet in that video they ignored the elephant in the room about bot matches, people still accuse them of using EOMM solely because of this and they ignored it just to tell us it's not in the game, and even though I don't personally believe in EOMM then that just makes their matchmaking twice as horrible since it's not even their intention.

The devs did a great job turning a portion of the fanbase into dottle cattle that eats up whatever they say and do without question, so I'll give them credit for that at least.

Majority of Multiplayer games are using BOT's in QP modes and Gen modes, BR's, Hero Shooters ect. Its the new norm of Multiplayer games to get fast matches instead of relying on the Population. BOT's in QP =/= EOMM. Games with SBMM use BOTs in their QP modes. Overwatch and Fortnite being 2. The list keeps going.

The usual scenario is: The team goes past a barrel, then a crowd comes from the front, and the team starts kiting it; one cleave against the crowd (possibly after a trapper dodge) triggers the barrel on accident. Roll for cliff.

It'd be more entertaining if barrels *also* sent the chaff comically into the stratosphere but its purpose seems to be exclusively to launch players lmao
