Looks to me like a long-distance LOD being rendered at close range.

The weird part is that, even without DynDOLOD, this thing should just get swapped when you get close to it. LODs remaining loaded in like this is not something you see often, though then again, I did experience a similar issue with Whiterun not unloading LODs properly once.

Assuming you're on the latest game version, this is likely a problem with an INI setting. If the mod has its own INIs, they might not be getting loaded for some reason.

If you're on an older version, then as has been said, you need BEES.

Other than that, the only other solution I can think of is biting the bullet and building your own LODs (which, honestly, you should do anyway).

The hype has not passed, this is beta, when new maps are revealed during launch and more maps added the hype will continue for a while especially since it plays pretty good so far in beta, and its similar to BF4 but not as good, yet better than anything currently out.
